It’s definitely help me understand myself and my feelings and my thoughts on a deeper level I’ve done shadow work as part of my journey but I feel like you’ve explained it better than past courses, more deep. It definitely helped me and I know moving forward how to tame my emotions and not be in fight all the time. I have my tools to work on that and become successful.

Working with you opened my eyes to needs that are okay to have and to be met, that’s really helped a lot. This process has also helped for moving things out of your body. People say ‘release it’ but they don’t really tell you how so that really REALLY helped me, especially when I get angry it helped me soften up more.

It’s been immensely helpful especially where I was in my journey, I’d been doing a far amount of research, and I was doing the work but not really integrating exercises into that journey. I feel now that I’m better equipped to tap into my body, to better observe and also explore all of the things that are coming up with a breakup and other elements of life. Eventually into the deeper traumatic experiences. This has been a very beautiful way to to start doing that work.
