Above most things, I am devoted to the path of personal growth, conscious communication, and leading our lives with purpose and love.

I believe most of us are hiding from our potential and fear expressing who we really are, and perhaps more importantly, what we really need. Every fear, hesitation, grief, and uncertainty is valid, and, with the right tools we get to create resolution.

This resolution is what propels you into your next level of power.

Most adults feel weighed down, unsatisfied, and not in the type of relationship they want. 

My studies of relating, love, shadow work, self-acceptance, emotional regulation and trigger management lend to human centered coaching which supports you in your growth and healing. 

I'm trained and studied in Life Coaching, Trauma Informed Practice, Transformational Arts, Parts Work, Attachment Style and Somatic Therapy.

As your coach I will work with you to bring understanding to your behaviours and thoughts, to create a space for you to meet yourself deeply, and to break through what's keeping you stuck.

This work is deeply personal. Together we create positive change and massive forward momentum.  

Sessions take place over zoom and are usually 60-90 minutes long. Depending on your needs a plan will be created for frequency and duration of coaching (ie. weekly vs biweekly, 3 vs 6 months). Please note that insurance does not cover my sessions.
